MARKETING PROJECT COORDINATOR

This is your opportunity to be part of the Marketing team of a dynamic growing company.  You will play a key role in the successful launch of our products, open houses and promotions in the Canadian hearing healthcare market.  You will be involved with the following:

•Coordinating and successfully executing new product launches and activities for our Canadian customers, as well as monitoring and maintaining the related budgets.  You will monitor the success of the launches and continually improve them to ensure our continued success.
•Working closely with both the Sales and Marketing teams, coordinating and planning our customers’ Open House – marketing material requirements, give-aways, resources, equipment.
•Establishing the policies and procedures needed to ensure our programs and promotions really work.
•Coordinating the inventory of our marketing materials.
•Coordinating the direct mail and email campaigns.
•Working with outside resources when we need assistance
•Handling all the advertising media requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have similar experience in a marketing department with proven project management and analytical skills combined with strong problem-solving abilities.  You will also be an effective communicator with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.  Your experience and skills will be complemented by a degree or diploma in Business, Marketing or other related fields.
