Clayton Reist

Clayton Reist suspects that he has had a hearing loss for “a long time”, but he had never tried hearing aids. He noticed that he was asking others to repeat themselves more frequently. He also had difficulty hearing his grandchildren who were more soft-spoken and had a tendency to speak quickly. He decided he didn’t want to miss out on conversations anymore, and that he would give hearing aids a try.

Clayton was fit with Indigo Moxi™ hearing instruments in both his ears. Although he was a little sceptical at first, he noticed he could lower the television volume so it was more comfortable for his wife, and that suddenly “everything became a lot clearer.”

Clayton was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the Indigo Moxi hearing instruments felt. They were easy to put on and take off, and he and others hardly noticed them on his ears:

“People don’t notice that I am wearing them unless I mention it,” he explains. “I have had no problem with them. I got used to them quite quickly too. Most of the time, I forget that I am even wearing them.”

Clayton liked Indigo Moxi’s natural sound quality, and how his hearing aids never whistled. He used Indigo Moxi’s automatic program the most throughout the day, and found it very convenient. Most of the time, I forget that I am even wearing them.

“I could not tell when the programs switched automatically. I felt very comfortable with the hearing aids in all different environments and conditions,” Clayton said.

He even wore his hearing instruments to the bowling alley, a very noisy environment, and found that he could hear conversations a lot easier. He also appreciated the ability to change his hearing aid volume as required, finding it easy to hear when the loudness was increased or decreased.

They have made quite a difference. They certainly save you from missing out on conversations and making others constantly repeat themselves.
