Sometimes individuals cannot use air-conduction hearing aids because they have malformed middle or outer ears. Because of these anatomical challenges, there is usually a blockage of air pathways in the ear. Your hearing healthcare professional may recommend a bone conduction system. Our bone conduction system consists of a modified Power or Super Power BTE (Behind-the-Ear) hearing instrument, which is connected to a bone oscillator on a flexible metal headband.
